Service Items
1. Two year’s free servicing is supplied (not including the arm and
remote controller). In the condition of
complying with the operating instruction, without the unauthorized
maintenance of the parts and the machine
have no obvious mechanical damage, we will provide a quality
assurance for the barrier gate product from
the date of use for a period of two years or from the date of
shipment up to three years including all mechanical
and electronic components other than special consumables.
2.Lifetime charged servicing is offered.
3.Technology servicing is supplied.
*The following situations are charged for servicing (or
replacement):
1.Broken by wrong installation;
2.Broken by improper voltage;
3.The surfaces of the system destroyed by wrong installation or
use.
4.Broken by natural disaster.
5.Overdue.
6.Servicing items out of the promises.
Interchange Instruction for Arm directions
The product direction can be interchanged, divided into 6 steps.
Step 1: remove the M8X20 inner hexagonal screw,take out the machine
core;
Step 2: remove the electrical supporting plate from left side to
the right side;
Step 3: remove the M10*30 fixed screw on the boom tray (see figure
1);
Step 4: using the M14*150 screw to pull out the boom tray head(see
figure 2);
Step 5: install the boom tray head from the original left to the
right side,or the original right to
the lest side;
Step 6: put the machine core back into machine case, fixed the
M8*20 hexagonal screw,
direction interchange is completed, no need to adjust other
Settings.
Program 1
The barrier gate can be controlled by two buttons and a short time
signal impulse is enough to open barrier gate.
Wiring Connection: turn on the GND and COM,
Opening: turn on the 24V with UP
Closing: turn on the 24V with Down
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
Program 2
The barrier gate can be closed and opened by remote controller
Wiring Connection: connecting the receiver GND(COM) to COM of
controller Remote-up is for opening and Remote-down is for closing.
Opening: connecting the receiver’s up level signal(5~24V) to the
remote-up
Closing: connecting the receiver’s down level signal(5~24V) to the
remote-down
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
If remote control receiver is non-electric relay signal, connection
as bellows:
Wiring Connection: turn on the GND and COM,
Opening: turn on the +24V with Remote-up
Closing: turn on the +24V with Remote-down
Additional safety devices can be connected to the infrared signal
input, vehicle detector signal input (loop detector).
FAQ:
1. When barrier finish closing, why does the arm open itself
slowly?
- the spring is too tight, you need release the spring a little, then
test it again.
- see whether the main crank touch the triangle tightly or not, if
tightly, adjust it.
- reset the balance position and the electrical limit switch.
2. Why does the controller panel operate with "Di Di Di" abnormal
noises?
- As for this, it means the resistance on controller board is broken,
if you have professional tools to check,
- then replace that broken resistance, if not, replace that
controller panel.
3. Why does the barrier finish half operation of opening and
closing?
- If uses our controller panel, you only need to find resistance R37
on controller panel, and repalce it is ok.
4. When barrier closed, why is there a 5 degree angle of
inclination?
- the model is not good, and the gear doesn't fit each other tightly.
- the barrier didn't adjust well, need to reset.
5. When barrier finish open, but it closes itself without any order
control, what's the problem?
- To check the loop cable first, because the loop cable maybe brokem
- To check the motor sensor, if it is not set well, then reset it in
the middle between two holes on sensor rod.
6. Why does the arm wave a lot when opening and closing?
- The spring is very tight
- The Screw touches the rubber absorption tightly, need to reset
again.
7. Rubber linning installation suggestion:
- It is good use for fast speed, like 0.6s, 1s, 1.8s and 3s.
- The place with many vehicles come and go, like shopping center,
carpark area.
