What are the advantages of Automatic Barrier Gate?
1)The humanized clutch device: in case of power off, unlock the
clutch device and raise the boom manually. By the time the power is
supplied, lick the clutch device to make it work normally again.
2)Special Automatic Barrier Gate spring device: Both the
compression spring and tension spring can be used in the machine,
Using the compression spring can avoid accidents caused by the
tension spring.
3)Three control buttons: for boom raising, falling, and pausing.
4)Automatic Barrier Gate Boom backtrack function: the boom will
rise if hits something when falling.
5)Infrared photocell design: for avoiding the crash when the boom
falls, so as to prevent the vehicles from being pressed.
6)Both external and internal loop detectors are supported.
7)"open", "close" and "stop" controlling interfaces.

Communication with customers
1) Q: Connected power and pressed the open/close button but the
traffic barrier gate no action.
A | Reason | Solution |
1 | Fuse blown | Check the fuse and power in the controller |
2 | The battery of the remote control powered off | Change a new one |
3 | External protection circuit break or at protecting status | Open the barrier door and click the OPEN/CLOSE button on the
control box |
4 | Same frequency interference | Check photocell and loop detector |
2) Q: Connected power and press the open/close button, the traffic
barrier gate will move but even when it is in the right position,
the motor still runs and does not stop.

1 | Limit switch | Adjust the horizontal/vertical limit switch to the correct position |

3) Q: The motor running but the traffic barrier gate arm is not in
action?
A | Reason | Solution |
1 | Barrier arm at 45° position where is hard to move | Unlock the clutch and manually rotate the arm to a horizontal or
vertical position then try again |
2 | The tension of the balancing spring is not suitable | Adjust spring exactly |
3 | Low working voltage | Check the voltage and power |
4) Q: When opening/closing, traffic barrier gate arm cannot reach
the right position (90° vertical & 180° horizontal)?
A. | Reason | Solution |
1 | Length adjustment of connecting rod not correct | Open the barrier door and unlock the clutch to check when the arm
is at 90° vertical position if the master rod covers slave one; when the arm
is at 180° horizontal position if the master rod and slave one are in the
same straight line |
2 | Nuts on the limit switch loose | Tighten the nuts when the arm at 90° vertical and 180° horizontal position |
