Installation,dismantlement and adjustment of spring
The steps as follows:
1. please keep the boom in the vertical(boom open)position, then
tighten 2pcs M12 lock-nut
2. According to the balance state of the brake lever, repeatedly
adjust the balance spring to adjust the tightness
of M8*140mm, and then manually put the brake lever to a 45 degree
angle to stop it.
3. For the three springs, three springs are required to coordinate
adjustments to make the brake lever rise/drop smoothly.
4. The swing of the brake lever during lifting and lowering is
shown in the figure above. When lifting the lever,
the swing of the brake lever is caused by the spring is too tight,
and it can be adjusted repeatedly. , Tighten the spring repeatedly.
